Medical & Teaching Institution Hayatabad Medical Complex, along with KGMC Peshawar and its constituent institutions, has advertised 11 positions spanning IT infrastructure, security, finance, procurement, and hospital technical support. Unlike several other MTI-affiliated ads we’ve covered, this one is open to candidates from all over Pakistan, not restricted by domicile.
There’s a Genuinely Unusual Clause Buried in the Terms — Read This First
Before getting to the positions themselves, one condition here matters more than it might seem on a skim: positions other than Serial No. 4 (Procurement/Purchase Officer) and No. 7 (Network Technician) have been advertised before — across six separate prior advertisements dating back to July 2024 through June 2026 — and all those previous advertisements have now been formally withdrawn. If you applied to any of these posts in an earlier round, that application is void. Everyone, including previous applicants, must submit a fresh application through ETEA for this current round. No claim will be entertained based on any earlier submission. If you’ve applied to a Database Administrator or Network Administrator post at this institution before, don’t assume you’re still in the running — you need to reapply now.

Two Posts Are Genuinely Different From the Rest — Watch the Contract Terms
Look closely at HR Trainee and Quality Assurance Trainee: they’re marked “Stipendiary” rather than carrying an IPS pay scale, and their contracts are Non-Extendable at exactly 3 years — unlike every other post on this list, which is contractual but extendable. If you’re applying for either trainee position expecting the same renewal possibility as, say, the Database Administrator or Finance Assistant roles, that’s not how these two are structured. They’re fixed-term training positions with a stipend, not a scale-based salary with extension potential.
Retired Military Officers Get Two Dedicated Posts
Both Security Officer and Security Supervisor are effectively reserved for candidates with specific military backgrounds — Security Officer requires a retired Major/Captain/DSP/SP with 10+ years’ service, while Security Supervisor requires a retired Subedar/Naib Subedar from the Pakistan Army or Frontier Corps. These aren’t general security-experience roles; the qualification itself is the military rank and retirement status.
The ETEA Verification Step Applies Here Too
As with other current MTI/ETEA-run recruitments, you’ll need to create a profile on ETEA’s website, then print an E-Sahulat token and get your CNIC verified at a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise before you can apply for any post. This verification step happens before fee payment, so it’s worth sorting out early.
How to Apply
- Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online for the post(s) you’re eligible for
- After submission, a prescribed deposit slip (token number, project code, candidate details) will be generated
- Print the slip and deposit the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa or 1Link
- Keep the original deposit slip safe — don’t share it with anyone
- Don’t send documents or testimonials to ETEA after applying online; these are required only from candidates who qualify the screening test
Online application form available from: September 22, 2026
Last date for submission of online application: October 10, 2026
Candidates will be notified via SMS to download and print their Roll Number Slip from ETEA’s website — no separate call letter is issued. Don’t register with a ported or converted mobile number, since ETEA reaches candidates through SMS.
Other Conditions
- Applying for more than one post requires a separate application and separate fee for each
- Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel
- Original documents and attested copies of all relevant documents must be produced at interview
- Experience marks are given only to candidates with experience in the relevant subject/field; unclaimed qualification will not be accepted
- Candidates can be disqualified or excluded from interview for reasons including court conviction, dismissal from public service, suppressing relevant information, submitting forged certificates, or misbehaving during interview
- Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalence certificates
- No TA/DA is admissible for test/interview

Given how many of these posts are IT-specific — Database Administrator, Network Administrator, and Network Technician alone account for three of the eleven — it’s worth checking IT Jobs regularly for similar technical roles across Peshawar’s MTI-affiliated hospitals, since this institution has run several rounds of IT hiring in recent months.
Based on a newspaper advertisement published in Daily Mashriq, September 18, 2026 (HRD-05/26-27). All positions except Procurement/Purchase Officer and Network Technician were previously advertised and are now re-opened; prior applications are void and fresh applications through ETEA are required. Confirm complete eligibility and the ETEA E-Sahulat verification process directly at etea.edu.pk before applying.
