NCSW Jobs 2026: 34 Regular Posts in Islamabad, Assistant Chief to Naib Qasid

The National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW) published this notice in Mashriq on September 28, 2026. NCSW is an autonomous statutory body under the Government of Pakistan. Quotas at a Glance

Quota decides whether you can apply, so read this part first. Assistant Chief has 12 seats: Open Merit 1, Open Merit Female 1, Punjab 3, Sindh 2, KPK 2, Balochistan 1, GB 1, and AJK 1.

Steno Typist has 11 seats: Punjab 6, Open Merit Women 1, Sindh Rural 1, Sindh Urban 1, KPK 1, and Balochistan 1. The single Driver post goes to KPK. All 10 Naib Qasid posts are local, meaning Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Punjab holds the biggest share overall, mainly through the six Steno Typist seats.

How to Apply Through ETS

The process differs by post. For Assistant Chief and Steno Typist, first visit https://elite.org.pk and create a profile. Then submit the online application. Next, print the challan form and pay the non-refundable fee at any MCB branch. You can also pay online and print the receipt. The ad does not state the fee amount, so check your challan form.

After payment, post the following to Elite Testing Services, Office No. 11, 1st Floor, London Plaza, G-9 Markaz, Islamabad:

  • Your application form
  • The challan form, signed and stamped by the bank
  • Attested copies of degrees, certificates, CNIC, and experience certificates

Use an A4 envelope, and do not fold your form or documents. For Naib Qasid, download the application form and challan from the ETS website. Fill it in, pay the fee, and send it by courier to the address printed on the form.

The ad gives conflicting instructions for the Driver post. One line says to post a form, and another says to apply online. So, confirm the correct method on the ETS website before you pay.

Conditions Worth Knowing

  • Only shortlisted candidates get a call for the test or interview, and no TA/DA applies.
  • Bring original documents at the interview, plus copies attested by HEC or the concerned regulatory body.
  • Fake or forged information cancels your candidature and can lead to legal action.
  • Employees of government, semi-government, and autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel.
  • Age relaxation follows government policy, and age counts up to the closing date.
  • NCSW encourages women to apply. It can also increase or decrease posts, or reject any application.

After You Apply

ETS will send an SMS telling you to download your roll number slip from its website. Do not use a ported or converted mobile number. Networks sometimes fail, so check the ETS site at least three times a week. The slip shows your test date, time, and venue, and no separate call letter follows. Keep the bank-stamped candidate copy of your deposit slip, and share it with no one. For questions, ETS runs a WhatsApp-only line at 0331-5105494.

Deadline: October 12, 2026.
